We have been busy cleaning and emptying guttering on both commercial buildings and domestic houses in and around Leamington spa and Warwick. Using a combination of a high powered vacuum system and good old fashion ladders we can reach and empty any guttering. Last week we were asked if we could help with a blocked downpipe on a large house than had been converted into flats, another company had already tried and failed to remove the blockage so we took a different approach and used our drain jetting equipment to power its way up around 12 meters of pipe to successfully remove the blockage saving the customer hundreds as the only other option was having to set scaffolding up to reach the blocked pipe.

We were asked to remove some spray paint graffiti from a brick wall in Leamington spa this week, so we set to work using an eco friendly product, some elbow grease and high pressure water (250 bar @ 21 litres per minute) the graffiti was successfully removed and our client was delighted with the results and efficiency of how the job was carried out.
We have been very busy lately cleaning all manor of things which means I haven't had much time to update this blog. We were asked if we could help clean up after some travellers who set up camp on a new industrial estate in Warwick so we set to work filling a skip with the rubbish, pressure washing then sweeping the whole area with an 18 ton road sweeper. Our next job was cleaning the outside cladding and path around of factory unit ready for an important overseas visitor.
We have now invested in a 30ft gutter vac which allows us to empty gutters from the safety of the ground and also reach guttering that is difficult to access by ladder such as guttering above conservatories and 3 story properties. Last week was very busy and we emptied and cleaned guttering in Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth. Also i managed to finally get the sign writing on the van.
It's been busy the past month and have carried out lots of window cleaning on commercial and domestic property's across Leamington spa and Warwick, including a builders clean on a large Victorian house and some high level cleaning that needed the full length of the 50ft pole to reach. Also managed to fit a couple of patio cleans in here's the before and after pic's of a job i did in Lillington using only water and no chemicals.
Back to work now after the Christmas break, and the first job of the new year was a nice little conservatory roof clean.
One of my customers asked if I could give their porch roof a quick clean whilst doing the driveway so here's the before and after pics.
